The Brewery

Of the many popular aspects of our bar, one that might top the list is our famous Ceeps Draught.  For thousands of students and for over 18 years it’s the beer that everyone drinks while enjoying great times at the historic CPR Tavern.  For Western alumni it’s as nostalgic a memory as living in residence, Western football games, homecoming celebrations and so on .

The Ceeps Brewery was established in 1991.  We are a brew pub and that license only permits the product to be consumed on premises. We are presently brewing Ceeps Cream Ale. This is a craft- brewed cream ale with a hoppy citrus character.
